Pros: relaxing hotel, quiet setting with friendly welcoming staff. 1no. outdoor pools + indoor pool + Huge Gym & Spa. 30min from Rome via taxi. Parking onsite. free Wi-Fi. Modern clean rooms with air conditioning & ensuite w/ shower. Breakfast was basic. The spa was impressive. Cons: could not find English channels on satellite TV. Spa & outdoor poor was extra €€€ nearest bars/restaurants 10min walk away nearest train station + 15min away by foot. hotel & amenities in separate buildings ... takes time to orientate yourself

Dirty hotel, no spa (it's a completely separate site and separate charges) and lacks the amenities of most 2-star hotels (no kettle for example). The air-conditioning didn't work, the lights were very dim, even the TV had nothing for international guests (everything was Italian). The hotel itself is also very far away from the city centre, so not worth it if you're going into Rome. You'll be spending £70-£100 a day on taxis easily. Spend the extra money on a hotel that actually does what it says, look at the other 1-Star reviews and you'll see a common theme that I wish I'd listened to first. This hotel is nothing like the flashy pictures, they're not even a part of the hotel but a separate spa resort (that you have to pay for). This is closer to a 1-star budget. Not worth its price, nor the hassle of having to travel.

Pool reservation necessary also pool cap required. Pool and caps separate charge per person. Hotel staff available but not informative. Reservation questioned when we checked in. Parking difficult

Do not waste your time and money staying here. This is not a sport hotel, this is a basic hotel that is €30 (minimum) taxi to Rome that so happens to have a busy local leisure centre next door…. Which you don’t have full access to. Apparently you need to book to use anything in the leisure centre and the outdoor pool is not included….. you need to pay €15 per person, wear a swimming hat and sign a waiver to lay by your hotel pool!!! Unacceptable and not as advertised. There is no bar or social space, so forget a chilled drink before bed. Room size was was pretty small and beds weren’t anything to write home about. The layout of the hotel incomprehensible, no signs anywhere. On our first night we went for a walk around the complex and it was such a weird design. Didn’t even try breakfast as it finished so early but after reading the other reviews, it doesn’t sound like we missed much. I honestly have no idea how this hotel has the audacity to say it is 4 star. My advise is to spend a little more money staying more central to Rome, you’ll actually save money as we spent about €80 a day on taxis.

The spa is extremely disgusting and overcrowded. There were at least 20 people in the spa which is at least 25m2. The entrance of the spa was extremely dirty. The service was so bad. NOT SUGGESTED AT ALL!!!
